We stopped in to buy a couple of queen beds that were on sale. We'd also been shopping around for weeks looking for a new couch and recliner, but hadn't been able to find what we were looking for. Worked with Alan and mentioned what we were envisioning and he was able to work with us to configure a sectional in a way that will perfectly fit our space. Great experience, will definitely be back.
This was a great shopping experience! My in-laws were looking for a couple of small rocker recliners. Within seconds of finding that out, Tamara told us she had just what they were looking for! She was knowledgeable, professional and absolutely right about the chairs. They love them!
Today my boyfriend and I bought a couch and had an amazing sales person Stephanie help us out. She listen to all of our needs and found us exactly want we wanted. We really appreciated our experience.

The extra warranty they sell you as a joke. If you need to use it you have to fight them to get anything to happen. I’ve been dealing with them for 3 months and I still don’t have the parts that are covered under warranty. Update it took 3 phone calls and stoping by the store twice to get the parts. The customer service is terrible. In total it took about 5 months.
Tamara was amazing and got us everything that we wanted for so much cheaper than I expected.
We are buying a new house and bought all new furniture. Alan helped us through the whole process and had amazing customer service throughout. Definitely recommend going through him and this particular furniture store.
Was surprised by the prices in what I thought was an outlet store. The selection was the same as any other store and I was surprised by how their "Labor Day sale" was only 20% off! St. Patrick's day sale was 50%! Went back & checked the clearance room and actually found my couch back there. The tagged price was literally what I paid during the 50% off sale and I got a new undamaged couch. Was crazy in my opinion to think someone will pay over 2k for a sofa that had no support in the center and leather damage in various places too. I personally was looking for a custom chair. They had enough fabrics to choose from, but not nearly enough styles of the chairs Lazy Boy chairs on the floor. I'm not going to buy an $1800 chair without sitting in it or even seeing it in person. So, my search will continue.
if you have something installed by these people make sure you watch them like a hawk because I have something I bought from them three years ago have them install it and to move it and found out that they put together all messed up and will not do nothing to fix it or compensate you for it afterwards because it’s been over a year since I bought the furniture there’s nothing they will do
