Maintenace staff is incredible especially James Mattos. Very friendly and a hard worker, gets things done quickly and is always happy to answer any questions. He's always in a great mood, happy to talk about what he worked on or just general conversation, always happy to see him and have a quick convo! Maintenance requests are always taken care of same day or at the very latest the following day.
I love the apartment but I wish they’d fix the front door. It’s been a couple of weeks now.
I have lived at the Helen for a year now and have loved every minute of it. The apartments are very modern, beautiful, and spacious in a quiet neighborhood. It's truly a hidden gem. The maintenance staff are timely and helpful. The building is close to the interstate and Midtown so that's nice and convenient for me. While I love my apartment, the best part of living here is the management staff! Sarah and her team are so nice, accommodating, and have been so helpful with whatever I need. They truly make staying here worth it. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Midtown, then look no further than The Helen!
I have been living at The Helen for a few months now, and I ABSOLUTELY love it! My apartment is beautifully updated, the area is well maintained and the location has me so close to Midtown Crossing, AND the Blackstone district, that I can walk to many restaurants, shops, and fun places to explore! The management is wonderful and easily accessible. I would, and have recommended The Helen to anyone that wants to take advantage of a great location, updated and spacious apartments, and an awesome management company!

Legit place to live. Try to get a top-floor room as the ceilings are a bit thin.
