Rented a auger for sewage drain. Worked perfectly, helped me load it. Only problem was lack of urgency for pick up and return. Would have appreciated a little more efficiency. While they did no know I was had a funeral to attend the apathy in which they helped me was a bit frustrating.
We went to the Home Depot 2 weeks ago to purchase pet resistant screen for our patio project. We walked around & could not locate anyone . Then we saw Wesley but he was already assisting another customer. So we continued our search for help. And behold, Wesley came back to assist us! I was awe! Not only did he help with ordering the screen he also helped us with the doors we wanted. When I tell you, he gave us the BEST customer service experience We have ever had at Home Depot! Thank you Wesley for seeking us and the attentive A1 customer service!
I usually don’t come to this store because it’s busy and customer service is just not there. But today I returned for more paint because one I got didn’t cover the way it should. First I got there. There were two younger guys. One ignored me as expected and second looked at me like I was a nonsense. But then older gentlemen came for his evening shift. I didn’t catch his name. He was friendly, polite and customer service oriented. I really appreciate him. This man needs a raise!!!!!
Seems like this home depot stopped caring about the new merchandize they sell! I bought a new! Milwaukee drill and was sold a used returned drill missing a battery and had an empty weed bag inside it!!!
The Home Depot pro department was fantastic. We placed our order for delivery with surprising results. All the items would be delivered. 2 days later before 10:00 am all items arrived. The delivery placed all the items where I wanted them. See photos. 16 ft x 16 ft deck.
No carts in the store because they all had product stacked on them. I had to go to the parking lot to get a cart. I was told by a head cashier flat carts are kept in garden because lumber doesn’t have room. I walked through lumber and it is a disaster. So disappointed with this store that I found the manager and told her that I am a stock owner. She was very attentive and hit the floor immediately.
Will not be doing business at this Home Depot employee thought that they knew more than me regarding their policies. It’s unacceptable that they will lie to you and say there’s a policy been put in place six months ago and then tell you at the beginning of the year it’s when it went came in place, so when was it??? All their employees lie here or they’re just too lazy to do their job. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
Do not risk the time and costs of renting a tool here! I drove 180 miles round trip to rent a cable burying tool. No other Home Depot carries this tool. The digging blade stopped turning in contact with the soil just soft sandy lome. A HD suggestion was to tighten the spring. At maximum setting, same result, so we drove another 180 miles. Rent somewhere else.
Great customer service. They have a unhinged you could need. The staff knew where everything was and were very helpful when my autistic son started having a hard time. The staff makes this facility amazing! I definitely recommend this Home Depot!
Poor customer service! Requested assistance from customer service. They called to have someone meet me on the electrical aisle. Several employees walked by me, none willing to help. I called and again someone was called to assist me on the aisle. A customer tried to help me as the app said there were 37 of the items I was looking for in stock. An employee finished assisting another customer, but was not willing to help me. Then I heard them send "any electrical associate" to a different aisle. So I called again only to be told there wouldn't be anyone there to assist me until 5pm.15 minutes I stood waiting for assistance... At least 5 associates walked by me without a customer in tow, none even ask3d if I needed assistance. I'm not used to such bad service at The Home Depot. I g I ess it's just a bad day for employees at The Home Depot Lake Worth.
