I would like to thank Stephanie for the amazing support through my transition with my father. Stephanie has been attentive, informative and very sympathetic regarding our family’s current situation. She gave me appropriate space to process what was happening and respectfully checked in to offer her assistance.
Mom started having falls and losing her mobility. Things occurred rather quickly. We contacted Erika and did a tour. Erika was in constant communication with us and available any time for our questions or concerns. Erika went above and beyond to make sure we had Mom placed in her new home ASAP! We moved Mom in today after a long morning of doctors and paperwork. The staff were patient and kind! Our favorite part was the ribbon cutting to Moms new apartment and the welcoming team! We know that Mom will be cared for and happy at Stratford! We can’t thank the staff enough, and especially Erika!!! Thank you!
From the moment you walk in you feel like family. It has such a cozy, and "home-y" feel! Anyone would be blessed to snag a room at the Stratford! It is beautiful, clean, bright, and there are lots of smiling faces!
From the first time we walked in to inquire about what The Stratford offers and every step of the way since, we have had nothing but incredible service! My father moved in with many hesitations as he didn’t know what to expect but has since found himself new friends, enjoying the activities that are offered and raves about how great the food is. He loves his independence but appreciates the help from the staff with the things he is unable to do himself. The staff have become like family and are so kind and friendly to him. When we come to visit we are always greeted with bright smiles and they are so helpful with anything we need. The grandkids love to come visit and the staff always make them feel so welcome. I completely trust the care my Dad is receiving and am very thankful he is able to live somewhere that he feels comfortable and still allows him to feel a sense of independence. I would recommend The Stratford at Beyer Park to everyone.
I have helped many families who have moved their loved ones into assisted living and memory care facilities in the area. For all levels of care at the Stratford, the patients and families have had nothing but great things to say about the staff, environment and support they’ve received. It is imperative to take a tour, know what they offer and have a plan just in case this type of support is needed for a parent or loved one.
The Stratford is an amazing place for your loved ones. The staff is very caring. They go above and beyond your expectations. Even the tenants are very friendly. I feel comfortable having my father there, I don’t worry about him there. The activity level is great. There is always something to do to keep tenants active.
After my siblings and I visited numerous local AL facilities in March 2021, mom and we selected The Stratford and we have never looked back! When mom, age 92, is asked how her transition is going, we have overheard her to say, “What’s not to love about having my apartment cleaned weekly, having 3 chef-prepared meals daily, and when I lay my head on my pillow, it’s my home, and during the day, it’s my haven of rest.” And it’s so much more: responsive and accommodating Administrators, friendly and efficient front office staff, helpful and caring support staff in a variety of roles, and of course, interesting and personable residents! We highly recommend The Stratford.
I am a case manager, and I toured this assisted living as part of a community outreach program. The first thing I noticed was how well appointed the building was- clean, but not "facility"-feeling, very comfortable and welcoming. The staff is friendly, and you I never turned a corner without seeing someone who could help me if I needed it. The second thing, and the most important, is that the residents were all engaged, smiling, well dressed, and sociable. Between the social dining options, with table cloths and place settings and no meal trays in sight, the bright living spaces and landscaped outdoor settings, and multiple places for activity or social functions, this assisted living strives to and succeeds in creating a positive, welcoming, home-like community. I would recommend this ALF to any person in need.
My mom has lived at The Stratford at Beyer Park for over 5 years. The staff is amazing. They are loving, caring, attentive, and diligent. Living 300 miles away it is important to know my mom is surrounded by family. The staff is her family!
My mother has been part of the Stratford Family for almost a year now, and I have seen an incredible difference in her in that time. As one might imagine, she was reluctant to leave a home that was too big for her to take care of and frankly dangerous with stairs and no one close by on a consistent basis My husband and I visited several senior living residences in the area, but the Stratford won us over, hands down, based on the beautiful way the property is maintained, along with the respect and love that the staff shows to their residents. My anxiety was greatly relieved when she agreed to move into the Stratford, but she was still unconvinced she would be happy. Fast forward 10 months and she is now fully integrated into the Stratford Family, from calling Bingo, to spending time with residents who have special needs, to being front and center to go on the next outing that is planned for the residents. I am eternally grateful to the staff at The Stratford for being there when I could not to help her realize how wonderful the next stages of her life could be and trust me, she's taking every moment by storm! My sincere thanks Stratford!
