Split review. Mental health: Wondering how many patients survive this place. My options for mental health intake and I imagine treatment as well are a telemedicine call which is entirely impersonal or to be forced to wear a mask for an hour in person despite the fact that multiple doctors of medicine at this same establishment have had zero issue with me removing my mask and I’m triple vaxxed. Guess I’ll suffer until I can be seen and treated like a human being and not an animal. Absolutely abysmal. Medical: 5/5 wonderful, they’ll take good care of you. They handled me politely, promptly and assuaged all my fears when I was having middle ear issues. Reply to business: No one can DM you because you don’t have messaging turned on for your business. Highly unintelligent time-wasting practice.

Worse doctors! In 5 years I’ve had one good doctor and she told me she wanted to quit it was so bad. The representatives u need to speak to first before being allowed to talk to ur doctor or nurse are absolutely horrible, they almost filter the calls and every single one has a horrible attitude. I only go here because I have asthma and need my asthma meds and every time I go I see someone new and I have to go through a whole schpeal explaining my condition what’s wrong and what works for me. They don’t even take time to read a chart first…they have even come in thinking I was someone else and didn’t even realize until I started talking because the persons chart they had up was for a girl with a broken foot?!?!? You are and will just be a number to them! I am leaving asap and I suggest unless u can’t go ANYWHERE else or u need to use them for financial reasons please please don’t go here…ur better off with an urgent care, they in my experience, are way nicer and professional.

This place is the absolute worst place!!! I took my 5 year old and 2 month old baby there to get looked at because we knew something was wrong and the sent us home with a ear infection and a linguring cough after bringing them back there 3 times In less then a week we decided to take our kids to another place only to find out they both have rsv and the doctors at the Wright center just dismissed me every time I said there was something wrong like I don’t know my own children. I wouldn’t recommend any parent bringing there child here!! This place should be shut down!!!

Called this morning with an excruciating jaw and tooth pain, begging to be seen!!! As per usual…spoke with an answering service!!! Three hours later and STILL no call back!!!! Finally did a google search of nearby dentist offices….the very first one I found, I called and have an appointment today!!! I’ll be having my records sent to new dentist as the Wright center is a complete joke in how they’re ran!!!!

As a patient of the Wright Center, Mid-Valley practice for almost 20 years, I would like to commend the hard work and dedication of the Staff and Doctors at this facility. I've consistently had positive experiences throughout the years in the areas of Medicine, Dental, Nutritional, Counseling and Social Service.

I called to get an emergency referral. Took 3 weeks for someone to call me back and ask if I wanted to schedule an appointment. I wish I never went here to begin with. More problems than solutions.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I used to love this office but the lies and lack of care are disgusting. My children needed medical forms filled out. The doctor was new and never met them. She was more concerned with well visits, vaccines and my daughter not being in school she had open surgery and was not cleared yet. Doctor pushed for answers to information that should be in her chart. My daughter had a behavior and they stood in the hallway and watched. Over and hour and forms were not filled out correctly. My mom took forms back to be filled out again after doctor and referral coordinator called and harassed me about refusing vaccines and lack of care. They would not listen to me or my mom even tho she spoke to them in person. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. My mom went back to get forms and they still weren’t correct and she highlighted what needed to be filled out. Doctor called my daughters school and specialist and made up lies about her care. CYS showed up at my house a few hours later with a lengthy report from the doctor who twisted everything I and my mother said. Not only did they make getting these important forms filled out for my children to get care they dragged my children’s school and her specialist into the mess and twisted there words also. This place is a joke and they absolutely will call CYS if you have kids with special needs or kids in general because they don’t listen they read charts and they sure as hell don’t know these kids enough to know what care they need. They will make your life a living hell and make you look like a terrible parent. They are known for reporting people and lying and exaggerating stories. Avoid this place if you want any care or peace of mind because this place is not it.

The doctors and nurses I have seen are really great people. The answering service is the worst though. You call to make an appointment, talk to someone random, who then leaves a message for the actual office your going to and you have to wait for another call from the nurses station, which is inconvenient. The ladies on the answering service are so rude, every single time I call. The women working the receptionist desk at the actual office are always rude too. Not sure why, but it’s really upsetting and makes me not want to be apart of the Wright center anymore. I started just making my appointments online because I couldn’t stand talking to these people. They are the first people you talk to before coming to your appointment and they make a really bad impression. UPDATE: The receptionists are still rude…it must be a receptionist thing.

Super friendly, nicer place than most dentist offices that are on the list for those on public health assistance

I made a appointment online. I was in and out not too much of a long of a wait. I hate that they make you go online create account to get your results they don't make you but I honestly went back to get my results because I didn't want to deal with the online account post your picture and all this extra stuff.
