We visited the health center when we first moved to the area, so that our kids could remain enrolled in their school, the school required an updated physical on record within the first 30 days. My wife also needed to renew her medications as she couldn't be without them. We were told by our insurance that we were good for coverage until the end of the month. We were told by the staff here that the previous insurance instead dropped our coverage, and my new insurance wouldn't kick in until the first of the next month. So being that the bills were several hundred each for 2 physicals, and renewing a prescription, we applied for their sliding fee program which we qualified for. We handed off the application IN PERSON to their staff at the office, and were told they would need to get additional income verification documents. So on the next appointment by this time we were now insured we dropped off what they wanted. Some time later, having received no word from them on the status of our application, they sent all 3 of these bills to collections and claim that they never received any sliding fee application. Normally I wouldn't leave a review if they had made any effort to fix this, but I've been calling 3 different offices for over a month, with no end in sight. Now after all that, they're claiming no one ever received anything. We've heard from multiple staff that there were notes on the file, about this application so now it seems they're simply lying to not have to do anything about sending us to collections. I've asked if there's any internal documentation/scans done before they are sent off to the billing department, no. I've asked if there are any tracking numbers from the applications sent to their billing via the internal courier service from the dates we dropped them off in person, no. At this point I'm not even going to ask if they've checked the cameras, because after I stopped by their in person again on Monday to explain all of this and see what could be done; I was supposed to get a call back the next day or by Wednesday at the very latest. It's Thursday...after a month of calling 3 different offices and getting nowhere. I did everything that I was supposed to do according to the paperwork and resources I was given. At this point it wouldn't surprise me if they were lying about the previous insurance dropping our coverage, and just not wanting to bother, because that's exactly how every other interaction in this regard has ended.
My wife was biten by a dog at Trout Lake Club. The next morning we arrived at the clinic at 8am. The check-in process was great even with a long line of patients. My wife was seen by a doctor quickly and given a prescription that we picked up at the same clinic in less than 30 minutes.
Wow, absolutely empty waiting room. Arrived 15 minutes early with my wife, waiting for around 40 minutes. The only employee we've seen was an absolutely rude nurse. Maybe take down the sign which states, "if you have been waiting more than 20 minutes and have not been advised of a delay..." Just found out the garbage receptionist just didn't inform the office we were waiting.
I came to North Creek on a family vacation. During our stay, our 1 year old son developed an allergic reaction. I brought him to the Warrensburg Health Center and I have to say, the staff was AMAZING. We were in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. 5 stars for attention and care. Great experience considering we had to make a visit to an Urgent Care while on vacation.
They lied to us. Said the called to check that cvs had what we needed. They never called to check. Now we are running around NY at 10 pm. FML
Best urgent care I have ever been to. I am from the Jersey Shore and hate all the local UC. This one was so efficient, pleasant and correct diagnosis. I went in half way through our family vacation with a very irritated eye. I had a scratch on my cornea. Received script for antibiotic drops and felt better working hours and the rest of vacation was not ruined.
They were really nice and did a really great job with me and my family’s covid tests. Super friendly and professional staff!!! Me and my family were having car troubles and one of the nurses or techs her name was Courtney even came out and let us use her vehicle to jump our truck, super awesome staff!! The woman on the phone who found Courtney for us, was super awesome too. Definitely will come back whenever we have any non serious medical issues!!!
Kind, thoughtful, thorough, and professional. Best medical experience I've ever had. I could go on and on about these wonderful people who give of themselves to help others. From inpatient to billing I was treated with dignity, caring, and respect. This post comes from a caregiver / advocate of a loved one who is living with a chronic condition, has had several surgeries, seen many doctors, and been through many facilities.
Absolutely terrible experience. I went in and the doctor prescribed me a z-pack to be sent to my local pharmacy, which they told me was open. When I went to the pharmacy it was not open so I asked them to send it to another pharmacy. When I got to the second pharmacy two hours later they hadn’t sent the script through. I called them back to remind them to send it and they said they’d send it now. I waited at the pharmacy for another hour and a half, called back 3 times and each time they made up some excuse as to why they hadn’t sent it through yet. In the end they didn’t send it through until the pharmacy was no longer open and suggested I drive an hour and a half to one that is open to get it or wait three days. In the end I wasted 6 hours trying to get a prescription that I now have to wait for three days to get.
I came in with concerns of Frostbite. The doctor and nurse were great. They were a little slow getting me in considering I was the only one there but no biggie. Doctor checked me over and sent me on my way in less than 15 minutes. They sent me a bill for $247! No medicine, no x rays, no nothing. They just did a visual. My insurance covered some and left me with $189 bill. I called to see if there was anything they could do. They said because I don't make less than 34k a year they can't help me. I make just over that. I feel like they took advantage of me big time. No care even during a pandemic.
