We offer Orthopedic Massage and Assessment, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Core Integration Movement, Therapeutic Massage and Positional Release Therapy. We work with soft tissue injuries and relief of chronic pain.
Each client is unique and we try to model your therapeutic massage and bodywork sessions to your special needs. People have very different tolerances and preferences in pressure (from very light to very deep) and different reasons for seeking therapeutic massage and bodywork (pain relief, recovery from injury, increased or improved movement, relaxation). Training in many different modalities allows a wider range of options to assist you in reaching your goals.
