Great place besides the landlord, he went up to alot of the people that had a car parked on the side of the road and he went and threatened all of the people living there and now has ripoff copscommunity service driving around giving tickets to anybody with part of their car on the road
It's a nice area to raise kids the trailers aren't cramped together that is a big plus maintenance is always up to par
Been here 25+ years, used to be nice until it was sold to AMHC, been downhill since. Lots of active drug trafficking and police regularly dealing with domestic disputes. Owners known to discriminate against renters by not upholding community rules for everyone, just select individuals. Awful management.
One of Manitowoc's larger mobile home parks. There are no sidewalks or playgrounds for kids,but it has large lots as well as a pond that has some native fish in it.
Most the trailers look run down and just looks old and nasty compared to the one on the Southside of manitowoc.....Plus side they have a nice pond that looks cool during summer. Not really close to anything fun or shopping wise right on edge of town

VERY VERY GOOD PLACE TO START. THE MANAGER IS A GOOD MAN UNDERSTANDS ALL YOUR NEEDS. + THE CITY OF MANITOWOC HAS A LOT AF STORES. AND VERY LOW ON CRIMES. CHECK OUT SOME VIDEO I UP LOADED TO YOUTUBE AT abrahamg25 AND GIVE THEM A LIKE. THANK YOU!
The roads throughout park are horrible. And flood . Mostly quiet and friendly people
Trying to find a trailor to buy out there i like the park its clean and organized ive never had a problem there
