Marilyn, Eduardo and all the folks with Tri County barns were absolutely wonderful when we worked with them to build our barn. We put in a two-stall with a wash rack and a tack room last year. I am a novice with having horses on our property but that was a non-issue with them! Working with our local rep, Don Hollenback, we all collectively designed and built the most wonderful barn for my horses and they love it. Just like I do. Best of all, the service and response after the purchase and build has been fantastic. No issues whatsoever. I’ve added a fly spray system since and they continue to work with me to add the few little extras I’ve wanted after living with my barn for just over a year now. Wouldn’t go with anyone else! Snovid 2021 update - the barn came through with flying colors!! Never been so grateful for such a well-made structure and the extra effort the team put in to make it so structurally sound and weather-proof! We lost water to the barn and had 5 days of below-freezing weather with not even a pipe burst. Best of all, the automatic waterers started right back up again once our water was flowing. SO HAPPY!!!
Tri-County Barns exceeded my expectations with my horse barn. My salesperson, Don, was very helpful with the design. The materials showed up on time and the barn was constructed in a very timely manner. What made the project even more impressive was that the build site was at a very remote location. I would definitely use Tri-County again and will definitely recommend them to others.
After researching all my options i decided to have Tri-County Barns build my barn. I definitely made the right decision! I had a six stall barn built with waterers, a fly system. The crew that built that barn were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This was 10 years ago. Recently i decided to have some maintenance done on the barn - we replaced one of the doors, and a couple of the waterers- also had them check all the doors for alignment- and all i can say is that - again- Tri-County were terrific! Don came out and gave me an estimate, and set it all into motion for me. Again, the crew was great! All the work was done in a timely, and professional manner. Don oversaw the entire operation and was very easy to contact throughout the entire process. He even came out a week after the work was done to make sure i was happy with everything. Tri-County was easy to work with, and I certainly appreciated that they worked with My Schedule to set up appointments that were good for me! Most importantly, My horses love the barn, i love the ease of it. I felt that the pricing was fair, and the company has been a good partner for me over the years.
Great team at Tri County. Service, timeliness, quality and cleanliness that is so hard to find. Super impressed with the total experience. Team showed up each day on time, knocked out the repairs and left each day with the barn cleaner than when they arrived. High quality work performed by a great team. Great job from start to finish on our 8-stall, center aisle barn. The onsite crew was professional, courteous, neat and very skilled in all aspects of construction. The barn was completed in August, and since then we've had the hottest and coldest days of 2016. The temperature is always comfortable inside the barn thanks to the good insulation, ventilation and construction. The sales team worked with us tirelessly on planning, cost analysis and a few modifications unique to our barn. Visitors always compliment us on the quality and beauty of this barn. Poorly designed barns. Bought the raised center isle and there is too big a gap at the top. There should be a gap of a few inches. Instead there is a gap of 2 feet. It doesn't keep out rain or snow! I've had flooded stalls, flooded tackroom, and snow in the barn. Would NOT recommend them
Fast friendly service with amazing quality. Tri County Barns has been wonderful to work with. My barn went up quickly and is absolutely perfect!!
Extremely poor customer service, with an owner who repeatedly demonstrates a complete lack of integrity and repeatedly fails to construct buildings to standard. In 2+ years of dealings with TriCounty two projects - the second offered at deep discount because the safety and other issues in the first project were so significant; the projects combined have taken more than a year longer than promised, we have seen safety violations, been ignored for weeks on end when trying to get a hold of TriCounty, been overcharged, and had folks look us straight in the eye, shake our hands, make a promise, then completely disregard their word. Our experience with TriCounty under current ownership, as of November 2015, constitutes the building of our 7th and 8th Barnmaster structures - we have had entirely positive experiences until these projects. Strongly recommend that you NOT do business with TriCounty Barns.
