THDC is Oregon and Southwest Washington’s only nationally competitive springboard and platform diving team. We provide instruction for people of all ages and ability levels, from 5-85, complete beginner to National Champion.
Our program has been shaping lives for almost thirty years. Diving shapes both the mind and the body. The mind learns about commitment, perseverance, goal setting, dealing with fear, and overcoming the impossible. The body becomes flexible, strong, and develops superior body control and balance.
