I changed my review from 5 stars and dismissing Dr. Edward's abrupt interactions, to 1 star and that's because zero stars wasn't an option. This change is based on my last interaction with Dr. Edwards and her poor treatment of my animal and her behavior towards me. I will not accept anyone, especially a vet, to treat me or my animal like that. I now see a specialist for my iguana who knows where to do an intramuscular antibiotic injection in reptiles not in the tail, by the way and is amazing with Zeus and my family. Yes, I pay a lot more, but hands-down is the reason my iguana is alive today. Zeus is alive 4 months after being euthanized twice based on a misdiagnosis not by Dr. Edwards - it was a horrible and traumatic accident. I went to Dr. Edwards a couple days after the euthanasia to get some help with Zeus. Dr. Edwards dismissed us and her treatment of me and Zeus that day and the things she said and the way she interacted with us is unacceptable. No excuses and no second chances. What a disappointment.
Read the reviews. This vet is rude and untrustworthy. The last time we visited, she chewed me out for a good 10 minutes about the prescription food I was giving my cat. Keep in mind, this is food that the office had to approve purchase of, so why didn't anyone say anything sooner? I guess she just needed someone to direct her anger at that day. The office is cramped and dirty, and in the last year of visits, two different men seemed to have been living in the back of the building. I'm not sure what's going on here, but it's WIERD.
They are wonderful with our family 4 legged kids. They took excellent care of my MIDNIGHT. They truly care about the pets and will help you in any way that they can. I will take any of my babies to them because of the customer service you get. They treat you like family. They are definitely worth paying the money to for the GREAT CARE that you know that you WILL GET THERE FOR SURE. THANK YOU SO MUCH. YOU SAVED MY BABIES LIFE.
I will never be able to say enough good things about Arizona Small Animal Clinic. Dr. Edwards, Lori, and Danni are absolutely amazing. The care they offer is outstanding. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for always being there for our pups!
Dr Edwards is a great Veterinarian. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to provide great care for my Lucy, as well as taking the time to explain to me how to best care for her.
Dr. Edwards provides the very best care. She is knowledgeable, stays up to date with current medical issues and is warmly compassionate. The hospice care she gave my old boy and the support she gave me made the end of out time together the best possible. I will be eternally grateful to this amazing woman and her staff.
They do a great job with our babies. We've had exams, shots, and surgery for three of our rambunctious boys. Two of them were pretty serious injuries/illnesses. They take the time to address your concerns and explain what's going on. They stayed open late to help with our emergency and are flexible with scheduling to meet our needs. We love having a place that is reliable and caring!
Dr Edwards is the best vet in town. She has been caring for my animals for years. She has treated my Guinea pigs, which most doctors aren’t as familiar with. She and her staff are kind and all at reasonable prices.
Dr. Edwards has been our vet for the last three years. Dr. Edwards spends a lot of time talking about treatment methods so that we understands the risks and potential benefits of different treatment plans. She would not fufill a requested script for NexGuard because it's dangerous to dogs. Instead, she suggested other, more affordable products. Our first dog has arthritis and occassionaly her hips get knocked out of alignment. They took bloodwork to make sure she could take the new medicine, provided laser therapy, and suggested vitamins and supplements to help her. She's walking like she 3 year younger! Our second dog was adopted from PACC, and he suffers severe alleriges. They give him a shot every month--we come in before they open so there's no wait. The vet tech knows and love him. Best of all, it's affordable.
