UCAPS oversees the UCard, card access, parking administration (decals and ticket appeals/payments), UPrint, video surveillance and intrusion equipment.
UCard, Access and Parking Services (UCAPS) oversees the UCard, a single card used for identification, card access and campus debit functions. Additionally, we oversee parking administration (communications, decal sales, ticket appeals, ticket payments) and the UPrint program.
UCAPS also designs, implements, trains and maintains many integrated security technologies on campus including video surveillance and intrusion detection.
Our mission is to provide the highest level of service to all members of the University community and its visitors by communicating policy and implementing generational solutions through the use of the UCard and parking administration.
