UML North Campus Bookstore

If your going to shop here DO NOT buy any of the drink-ware. I bought a mug and a glass where the UML print started to chip off after just two washes. They clearly buy the cheapest possible products so they can make a quick buck off of their own students since they’re so money hungry. Absolutely ridiculous.

Don't order a new book here, it will never come. Paid for overnight shipping, called 5 days later and they hadn't sent it out yet. Was told it is fulfilled from a different location and they would get an update for me. Then an employee cancelled that book order entirely without telling me first- didnt refund the shipping. It still says processing on my account page. So, I rented the e-version. But.. It's basically impossible to do a computer class with an e-book. So I ordered the physical book AGAIN and paid 2 day shipping. 4 days later it still hasn't been sent out. Staff doesn't communicate what's going on. My husband and I keep calling, he's gotten through a couple times but I haven't spoken to a person once and they ignore my emails. This is my first semester back at uml and I'm in shock the bookstore has gone downhill like this. Two weeks later and i still dont have a physical book in hand. Order from amazon- I would have if they had this particular book in stock.

I had won the chuck a puck a couple of weeks ago. The prize was a youth hockey jersey. My grandson was very excited. We went the the store at the rink, after I got the ticket. They had one rack of old style jerseys, in a larger size. I ask the clerk about it, she had stated that was the only shirts they have there, or can go the the store downtown. So yesterday my grandson and I went to the store. The girl working there said they don’t carry those in the store, you have to get them at the rink! What kind of business is this! A lot of people, pay a lot of money to participate in this event, and when you win, they give you the runaround. What’s the deal!!!!! Very disappointed!

Extremely helpful staff and great selection of UMass apparel

BI bought my son a t shirt to celebrate his choosing U Mass Lowell School of Business. They sent him a Engineering School shirt in error and insisted he return the shirt they sent him in order to exchange it for the shirt I actually ordered. Imagine, sending someone a gift and then, because the store sent wrong item, asking the gift recipient to return the shirt because the store made an error. The School of Business ought to educate the River Hawk Shop on how to keep customers happy.

Very expensive and the parking you're forced to pay for metered parking even though you pay $200+ for parking unless you park past 5pm. You can usually find the books cheaper other places but they still keep their prices steep. The clothes are good quality but to rep the school they are way out of price for being students.

Don't buy your books here. It is much cheaper to buy them or rent them online. Amazon rentals is really good. If you buy them here they're really expensive and they take a while to come in. Also, the clothing here is really overpriced. I bought this $70 sweater for my dad and it was nice but not like $70 nice. They also left the security tag on it. Not great

They have everything you need for UML students. There are Supplies and books, UML gear, and more. Everyone is super friendly and the store is well organized and stocked. Prices are a little expensive as is expected. But they have some really nice things for students and parents especially for after graduation.

This place has everything for college supplies but its way more expensive. Some of the things are very overpriced like one pencil for 2$ and access codes are like in between 100-150$. Once I had a problem with my Math access code and when I went there and told about my problem,they didn't seem to care that much and I had to get a new access code and pay more 120$ for it. If you need to buy text books for physics, chemistry and calculus better get it on Amazon.
