Urmc Imaging At Strong Memorial Hospital

Website says they are open until 12:00 noon on Saturday. However when I arrived the door was locked. Went through the emergency room department and there was no one at the reception desk to check anyone in. Walked down the quarter following the signs to X-ray and there was a note on the door that said to check in through ED department. After speaking to someone was told I would have to wait patients from the emergency room department, which I couldn't sign in with, we're taking care of first. Still waiting an hour later.

Came in first thing for an ultrasound. Waited 45 mins. All good. Paid my $150 copay. 3 weeks later i receive a second bill of additional charges for the doctors time. Sorry to the proffesional scam artists. You cant bill a second time because you dont feel like you were paid enough through insurance.

I have been going to Strong West for over 7 years . The front desk staff, nurses and technicians have all been friendly, professional and very competent. I recommend this site very highly.

The staff here made me feel so comfortable and at ease for my MRI, They explained to me the whole process as it was happeneing and what everything will be doing also it was a very quck process!

I am Not happy I was given a 4 o'clock appointment for an ultrasound and get here to be told it's at 5pm! I had to leave work early to come here now I have to wait an hour!!

Such friendly staff @ this Brockport location. seems like everyone loves their job!!! Wish more offices were friendly like this

I have had to get bloodwork a number of times here recently, and the staff is always very friendly and professional, and there is usually no wait time.
