Do a decent job at teeth cleaning, but customer service here is unacceptable. Gonzalez acts too busy to spend time personally with clients for asking questions, etc. and runs out of the room as soon as he’s done with you. Front desk booked me for an appointment at a time that was outside of their operating hours, and then stood me up instead of offering to stick around the extra 15 minutes to serve me. After years of loyalty to Dr. Gonzalez, it’s no longer worth the trouble and I’ll be searching for a new dental provider.
Dr Gonzalez has always provided excellent service and always had time to answer my questions. Haley, one of his assistants, provided great service as does all of the ladies in the office.
Very professional, attention to detail, and friendly. Dr. Gonzalez and assistants do excellent work. Debra, Office Manager, is dedicated to patient satisfaction and is a good problem solver. Haley, Dental Assistant, does really excellent work cleaning teeth without any injury or pain. Dr. Gonzalez has provided excellent service to our family for 20 years. His professional judgment and skills are exceptional and we will continue to see Dr. G. and his team.
Valleydale Dental is awesome! Dr. Gonzales and staff are always warm and friendly and give excellent, efficient service. It's well worth the trip from Tuscaloosa. It's the only place I choose to go for dental care.
This is a Great and friendly place to be. I really like the price I paid for my partials. Also I really like the filling that was done. I didn't have any problems with my tooth after it was filled. The dentist did a great job!! The staff are so nice and friendly. I will be coming here for all my dentistry needs.

I love the fact that I received an invitation to write a review from Valleydale Dental after my appointment was cancelled without them notifying me. Thankfully I called ahead and found out. I'd still be fuming in their parking lot otherwise. Not worth the wait. Southwest Airlines is better organized.
Friendliest staff that's always smiling. Doc's the greatest and does excellent work. I don't mind driving the distance for that. You can't beat all around great customer service. I always leave with a smile.
I cannot say enough good things about my visit. Emily was the most gentle hygienist I have ever had. Dr.Gonzalez was super kind and very helpful. The entire staff went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend them.
My whole family loves Dr. Gonzalez and the staff there at Valleydale Dental! He is very knowledgeable and professional and yet, is very laid back and makes you feel very comfortable. He’s done 3 crowns for me and I had them done the same day. I love his staff! They work with your schedule and you never wait long!
