Her spotlessly clean and invitingly lit studios are in Vero Beach Florida. In over 40 years of teaching and practicing yoga with other teachers, I have developed a tremendous respect for yoga studios that allow practitioners to discover their own unique path and therapeutic remedies while on the mat . Level yoga is one of these unique healing opportunities and each teacher I have experienced from Lezlee who brings decades of formal ballet training, grace and strength...through energetic Brie's hot yoga, Vince's authentic Hatha flow and Pam's phenomenal skill in the practice of yin mellow yoga.. Level yoga is not to be missed ...from beginner to teacher practitioners, I believe it is one of Florida's finest mat practice opportunities!... Please attend a class with Level yoga... Level Yoga has become such a wonderful and an intrical part of our yoga community. From all the various classes to choose from, up to and including the dedicated and experienced instructors, making both of Vero Beach’s Level’s studios a meaningful and enjoyable experience to be remembered. I’m personally so grateful and thankful to be able to participate and I look forward to each and every class be it a, “Burn”, or a yoga class. A beautiful Yoga studio. Attended 6 am yoga class with amazing instructor Nicole at the Royal Palm Pointe studio. Will be back soon! Went back today Thanksgiving and took class with Bridget. She is a great instructor as well, giving a lot of helpful verbal instructions. Loved the Essential oil at the end of session open palm, if you want to receive it. Great start into the day! Today Black Friday I went back to do some clothes shopping. Amanda & Carly, thank you for the beautiful selection! Very happy!
To me level Yoga is a welcoming sanctuary. Both studios and every instructor I’ve practiced with have their own unique essence with an underlying continuity. It’s always a new learning experience for me. I highly recommend level yoga!
I absolutely LOVED this studio. Unfortunately, I was just visiting Vero for the month but Level Yoga made it really hard to leave. It's a beautiful studio, clean, bright and welcoming. Loved the teachers, Erin, Amanda, Brie, thank you girls for your challenging classes, excellent instruction, gentle correction and beautiful yoga spirits. Hope to see you all again some day. Namaste
Level Yoga has two beautiful Studios in which to practice, providing a very full and complete schedule of classes, of every kind of yoga style that you could hope for. It is the standout Yoga Studio in the area. Each available class is taught by an Instructor to a high standard. I have taken almost all the available classes, and the consistency of the classes is excellent. Wonderful Owners, Instructors and Staff, and the fellow student community is one of the best things about LY. LY is a true gem of the Treasure Coast, we are fortunate to have the Studio here in our little town! If you want to feel good, mentally and physically, and be supported in your healthy lifestyle goals by experienced staff with positive attitudes and friendly demeanors, please give LY a visit, whether you have an existing practice or are a curious newbie, you will feel the benefits of yoga and being in this uplifting environment!
I came to Level Yoga as a newbie - I had never taken a barre class and my experience with yoga was limited. Fast forward 10 months, and I'm hooked! I find the classes to be relaxed and the people very welcoming. The instructors are so informative and helpful and often provide lessons to apply to life. I love the results I see by combining barre and yoga. Thanks LY - keep up your great work!
Level yoga has been one of the most beautiful experiences of my year. All the teachers are warm, personal and excellent at explaining and teaching. The two locations are soothing, clean, calm and lovely. Their prices are affordable and their classes have so many varied times that they fit most schedules. I absolutely love them!!!
