So happy to see this place looking fresh and fun. The wall murals capture some of my favorite things about the area's natural beauty. The coffee was delicious and the staff member I spoke to was so friendly! I'm no longer a local but will be stopping by every chance I get!Service: 5/5
Always a pleasant experience. Lots of great baked goods good sandwiches friendly faces. Love the brick wall and the new mural. Best coffee in town with beans from kaldi Coffee in Wilmington. All sorts of specialty lattes. Oat milk and almond milk options. My favorite is the chicken salad and the broccoli salad which are just awesome. Owner really cares about improving this shop to make it fit the needs of her customers.
TOTAL FAN. I came a couple of times as Rachel KS or whatever it was, and the baked goods were just always way less enjoyable than I wanted them to be..... but now? Loving it. And the coffee is brilliant. Great job!
We loved this bakery so much before it changed hands. Everything was from scratch and you could tell how much care Rachel put into her laminated doughs/artisan breads. Every time we were in town this was a must stop for the savory croissants sausage, spinach, ham and cheese. Now the croissants are plain and likely USfoods pre-made and there aren’t any breads. The almond twist was under baked and there was a hair in it. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere is the same. The coffee was very good. Unfortunately we will not be returning.
Given up. Been in 7/8 times since new ownership. I like change so it was exciting! But the place is still dreary and dirty. Stood for over ten minutes time before last and guy standing in the kitchen never even looked up from his phone. Service is terrible. Baked goods have tried have been stale. I'm just over it now. Done. And sadly so many people feel this same way. I really had high hopes.
I simply used my debit card to buy lunch here today and I'm already being spammed by this restaurant. How did they get my e-mail address anyway?!?! I never gave it to them. Apparently Square, the app that takes your money knows your e-mail and the cafe takes the liberty to use it. I DON'T LIKE IT! This is the e-mail associated with my banking and other important and secure applications and I never gave the cafe permission to use it.
Coffee and a bakery, or soft drink. Wonderful sweet baked goods. My kid and I love it. The brownie. The cinnamon bun. The Croissants! Danish pastry!Food: 5/5
Not impressive whatsoever.... got there 11am and almost empty shelves. if your transitioning from breakfast to lunch why not fill shelves with your lunch product....??! Went for a breakfast and only two quiches left so did grab those which both were ice cold egg quiche's once we tasted them. Spent over 30$ on a next to nothing meal which consisted of 2 very small quiche slices, 2 coffees and 2 pastries. Had been there in the past and was very good.... but sorry, not so much any longer.
Best cafe in Washington. Mocha espresso roll by far my favorite or the pizzas. Amazing service and staff is always kind.Food: 5/5
Never again. Half my bagel was hard and couldn't eat, got chocolate milk and they only filled halfway I paid for a full glass had to ask them to give full glass. Someone had a dog in there? and the dog had his paws on the counter on both sides of drink machine where plastic ware, lids, napkins etc are sitting out and dog had nose in drink machine licking it. I told staff because they are unable to see it. The one good thing was the staff was friendly but prices are steep. Bagel and small chocolate milk was $7.74.
