I checked in, the lady barely looked at me and asked for my insurance card and ID. I gave them to her and waited for 30 minutes. She called me back and had me fill out a form on my phone. After another 10 minutes the system wants me to pay my copay + an extra $50. She tells me I can't be seen without paying my balance. This balance was inaccurate and I had to speak with my insurance about it. She refused to let me be seen. Such a waste of time, had she told me when I got there that I had a balance and they won't see me I would have turned right around and go somewhere else because I know I need to call my insurance to sort it out. Instead she waits until I've already been there nearly an hour to say it. Not to mention I never received a bill for that balance?
Sitting here right now waiting to be called, Feb 25th, 2020. Been waiting here since over an hour. Still two people ahead of us. If you come here, this office overbooks their patients. Everyone in waiting room is complaining about the wait, also. Some have waited over an hour before they were called. At least another 45 minutes for us before we are seen, an hour past the 5:15 appt. They are happy to take your co-pay. So, in summary, come late for your scheduled appointment, this way you might get lucky and get in on time when you arrive. Horrible, horrible wait time.
