Called yesterday morning to schedule an appointment to come in for sinuses and a sore back. Receptionist was very helpful in getting me in at 9:45 that morning. Filled out all my information on line which I thought was a great way to save time in the waiting area. When I arrived the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful with letting me know what to do. Was filling out my health questionnaire and before I could even finish was brought back into the examination area. After getting my blood pressure checked and weight checked I was brought to the examination room. I was surprised that I didn’t have to wait but maybe 10 minutes for the doctor to come in. He was extremely nice and helpful with my problems. I was in and out in about an hour which was amazing. Kudos to the great staff at Westgate Family Physicians

Rude-the receptionist and the office staff are the most entitled, unhelpful people I’ve ever encountered. I was going to be a new patient but based off the interaction I just had that won’t happen. Oh oh make sure you call before 2pm to set up new patient appointments because apparently staying open until 5 only allows them to really work till 2pm.

I was a previous patient of Dr. Jackson. I was very hesitant about continuing my care there, transitioning to a new PCP. However, Dr. Hess has been outstanding. He carefully reviewed my medical history & spent a quality amount of time discussing my health. He’s been patient with me & very attentive to my concerns. Dr. Hess is truly a wonderful provider. I greatly appreciate his respect during our visits & how he chooses to shares his knowledge by educating me on what is happening with my health. I like the comfortable, laid back atmosphere of this office & I actually enjoy coming to the doctor! I look forward to seeing Dr. Hess and his team! His nurse is the best. She always shows grace & kindness. What I love most about Dr. Hess & this group at Westgate Family Physicians, is that no matter the day, no matter the outside circumstances, I never fail to receive & see Gods love & grace in that environment. Thank you for putting us, the patients first.

Great PCP office, people are nice, friendly, polite, kind & customer service is great. They are very welcoming.

First time going to this location and even thou they are fast and good at taking notes they are not racial friendly not even the female doctor. She’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing. She makes faces whenever you bring up your concerns and very cold with answering but she answer very well to my white husband. Then she will not refill your prescription but has no problem giving refills to my white husband. My ex Doc had no issues refilling perceptions to his clients he did not care about your ethnicity.

Dr.Bailes and the entire staff are phenomenal. Will always continue to go here for my health and well being.

Been a patient here for a couple years now. I appreciate this is an older practice mentality. However I cannot wrap my head around why every time I call or arrive the receptionist sound and act miserable. It’s not hard to be friendly. You’re the face of the company. If you’re that unhappy, find another job. It’s unfortunate because it never starts my appointments off in a positive way. The doctors are great though. The techs are usually in a pretty good mood. Seems like there just might be a lot of office drama that shows through at the patient care level or something.

The nurses who answer the phone, as well as the receptionists , are incredibly rude. Trying to get any type of appointment or medical refill in a decent time is impossible. The medical staff consistently get important insurance information incorrect. They’re not willing to do anything to help you and just stick by their sorry answer of “sorry. That’s how it is”. I do not recommend this place and I will be finding a new primary care doctor.

Everyone at Westgate Family Physicians is always very professional and accommodating. They are a full-service practice enabling me to have lab work, x-rays, exams, and recommendations all in one location. Highly recommended!

RUDE RUDE RUDE. Every single receptionist, the 2 DRs I've seen and a few nurses are all the most impolite and rude people I've ever dealt with. I've tried giving this practice multiple chances I've seen two different drs and whether it be in person or over the phone every interactions is with hateful people. Every time I've called to set up an appointment the receptionists are not helpful and act aggravated and bothered to do their job. Last visit I arrived 15 mins early per instructions and had previously submitted the documents on online so everything was filled out to then be harassed about my insurance and how they hadn't heard of it and wouldn't accept it, argued about that for 45 mins past my appointment and told I had to reschedule! Would never recommend this practice to anyone
