I was in a hurry and stopped in here to look for black dress pants. I wasn't sure of the fit but knew I wanted to try ankle pants. The lady was super nice and helpful, and gave her honest opinion when I stepped out of the dressing room. That is priceless!! I was happy that she didn't just say that everything looked good bc then I would've felt like she just wanted to sell something. I feel bad not remembering her name but she was great!
Must have gotten all new employees because I got the BEST customer service ever. A lady named Diane helped me tremendously. She elected herself to be my personal shopper and was super attentive and fun! I would go back just for her!
I came today, african american women was working there, i stood infront of her for a few minutes. She didnt even want to recognize I was standing there to ask her a question. When i asked if they had a certain size. She didnt even bother to move to check if they did. Instead she quickly said no we dont have anymore. Thanks...but not coming again.
