White House Black Market

I love the brand because WHBM has nice petite options that work for me. However, the customer service in this particular store is mediocre. It looks like they do not want customers to shop there. I am so disappointed with my experience there.

Susan provided me with amazing customer service and it was just an overall very helpful and pleasant experience. Their new scarfs made for a perfect gift for the women in my family! What a genuine and lovely retail environment - thank you Susan!

I purchased a cotton white blouse for $74.00 a few months ago and wore it four times. The left side of the material must have been dry rotted because it simply shredded when touched. Upon returning the blouse to White House Black Market in the Southdale Center, Edina, Mn on October 26, 2014 I was told by two different sales girls there was nothing they could do for me. They still had the exact blouse in their store for $74.00 that they could have exchanged for me and returned the defective blouse to the manufacturer. I call that poor customer service and I will not be visiting White House Black Market again. Lynnette DeLuca

Susan offers no empathy to a customer. Also, This store displayed an item with the wrong price and Susan didn’t honor the price.

Excellent customer service from Susan. WHBM has a good range of clothing and it is of high quality.

Always love this store and the quality of clothes.
