Dr Tally and his staff at Athens orthopedics clinic are the best. . I recommend him to anybody. He's straight forward he answers your question so you can make the best possible decision for your problems and how to solve them.

I went to Athens Ortho Clinic for new back pain and was seen twice. Imaging was ordered between the two visits. During the appointments, it became obvious that neither PA Skye nor Dr. Tally had reviewed the information given to them when my paperwork was submitted, and worse, my spine was not examined by either of them. When the imaging was reviewed by Dr. Tally, the diagnosis I was given did not match my symptoms.There was no interest in whether this diagnosis felt correct, and no time was spent exploring what was actually wrong. I received substandard care in my opinion. About a month later, a bill arrived, even though all copays were collected at the time of service. This also happened to someone else I know, so I'm suspecting back billing is going on which is violation of Dr. Tally's contract with Medicare. I would not recommend Dr. Tally or his staff to anyone who is seeking care for back pain. These health care professionals are either incompetent and/or burned out, and this practice is more than likely committing medicare fraud.

Over the years, Athens Ortho has taken care of my two sons, and myself. My current conditionlumbar laminectomy and spinal fusion for which Dr. Tally performed my surgery has so far been excellent. The office staff is great, and I highly recommend them

I was having severe issues with my back and was directed to Dr.William Tally. Guys, when I tell you this man is on his game, I truly mean it. He was so thorough and precise about what the problem was and how he was gonna fix it. Because of him and AOC, I'm feeling good as new. I extremely recommend him and AOC. Thank you very much

All the Staff at Athens Orthopedic Clinic were so nice and helpful to me. Dr. Tally he took the time to explain everything to me and was very kind and nice. I have also decided to let Dr. Tally do the least invasive surgery on my back. Thank you all for the kindness you showed and your Professionalism. I am healing good and walking without pain. Thank you for all you did for me!!

I thank God for Dr. Tally for his knowledge, experiences and abilities. I would recommend him to anyone who has back problems. He was God sent. I appreciate the service I received.

Dr. Tally is an exceptional surgeon. He identified my neck issue, and gave me several options for treatment. We ultimately decided that surgery would be the option with the best outcome long-term. The surgery was a success and 2 months later I am recovered and back to playing golf and living my best life.

This was my first with Dr. Tally for the implant of permanent spinal stimulator. When he walked in he introduced himself then proceeded to tell me I need to have surgery, I've already had three back surgeries and I am not mental or physical ready to have surgery that's why I opted for for the procedure. Then he procedure to tell me I was only putting a bandage on something that's not going away. I know I will still have the numb legs, feet and not being able too stand up straight, I just want the pain too go away and I agree with him that surgery will come but not now. Dr. Tally is easy to talk with and explains all options available, we both hope this will give me some relief until I'm ready for surgery. ** AOC is a beautiful facility but there needs to be attention too the bathroom need the elevator, no locks, no seat paper in the toilet area and smell like no one have cleaned it, we are still dealing with covid. ***

Simply the best: Dr Tally, Skye Barrett and the entire AOC staff of exceptional medical professionals. Hate the pain that brings me in-- love the treatment and relief on the way home. You won't find a better physician or facility.

Ir was very comfortable and everyone treated me nicely. Dr. Tally was amazing and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with him.
