Black women are treated with unconscious bias everyday dealing with medical staff. Back in 2017 i complained of horrible pain in my side during my pregnancy with my first child and I was unheard. I continued to complain about my pain and ended up losing my first born because of their negligence. I was not seen by a high risk doctor, NOTHING. Come to find out, it was very much preventable because I got pregnant again with the same problems and other doctors were able to prevent an early birth. I wish I knew the nurses name but of course they were white. I hate Novant for what they've done. I lost a child. No mother should have to go through what I went through.

NP Ms Jaqueline Davis and the entire staff are all the absolute best! They always go above and beyond to help my child and I wouldn't take him anywhere else for primary care here in Winston-Salem area thanks soo much for ALL you guys do

I love how they give FREE Diapers , sometimes wipes and Formula if you attend this place for primary care or treatment

I would like to thank Jessica for getting my son the help he needed. It was a very long process but they did a great job seeking the resources he needed.

I have always had a positive experience with this office and everyone inside. I love what they do for the community. I’ve been seeing doctor Bailey for about 2 years now no disappointment here.

Wish i could give negative reviews. In need of an OB/GYN asap. When I called this morning to make an appt, I asked "are you accepting new patients" the receptionist in a rude and belittling tone fired back why she was so hostile or firing at me is a mystery. "New patient? Um do you realize we are an OBGYN office?" Yes, you miserable woman, i need an OBGYN appt! I'm confused. Do you not take new patients? Surely I have missed something here. Do your current patients never leave and take up every appointment? I'm not sure what she meant by that, but I am still a new patient and new to Winston-Salem and need to see an OBGYN, as I am having a medical issue that i will not state on here. Luckily, the next office I called was incredibly kind and squeezed me in today. DO NOT CONTACT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE WHEN THERE ARE WAY BETTER OPTIONS IN WINSTON-SALEM!!!

Cancel appointments the day of last min, don’t contact you on the number you provide only what they can previously see and unorganized attempted to give them a try will not return

Very lucky I couldn't give a no stars, drove 45 minutes to get there and they found an excuse not to help me. So it's my turn and suddenly they can't help me because no doctors work there only nurses, what the hell kind of place doesn't have doctors you're an obgyn not planned parenthood. Also why are there people coming out speaking to patients dressed like PA and doctors, I understand if you don't have the equipment but there is no way there only a nurse there who can't help anyone. Rachel then refused to move my referal to another location and after arguing with everyone she agreed to send the referal to where it needs to go. 4 days later still no referal, on top of that she was disrespectful saying "oh it's not like you're running around with cancer" no but I've had these pre cancerous cells for months and have been in non stop pain and continuous hospital visits for the last 6 month's just because you're too lazy to do your job does't not mean you get to make the care I need less important because transferring my referal takes a little extra time out of your day. Ridiculous.

Been there over 15 years. Love the staff and support!
