Awful. From the beginning, I really didn’t wanna come, but I was pressed for time so I did. I had a Pilar cyst in my head. When I got it done, they only took chunks of the wall out because it was too hard to get out. Then when they sewed me back up, they left a big chunk of my flesh still not sewn up. Eight months later, and it was back and bigger than ever. Went to Wake Forest dermatology. They pulled the whole entire sack out and I seen the whole thing. Definitely a big difference, not necessarily the company but the people that actually worked on my head. Trash as hell. Whoever worked on me need to be fired. PERIOD

The dermatologist should have canceled the appointment. She was unable or unwilling to get near enough to me to actually examine my skin. Her assistant was afraid to get near me because i was wearing a mask AS A PRECAUTION BECAUSE MY HUSBAND WAS GETTING OVER A COMMON COLD. But she was unmasked! She said only cancer surgery was permitted because of a lidocaine shortage. But that meant the dermatologist would not remove anything at all. No lab test. The dermatologist sat against the wall 6 feet away from which she proclaimed that I had no facial problems, I'm 80. Often have little skin issues. This was unprofessional behavior. Now Medicare has paid for a so-,called skin exam which didn't happen.

I love Julia and her nurses . They are so nice, helpful, caring and friendly! They’re always on time and Julia takes her time with you. I’ve had skin cancers cut off and some had stitches . But she has never hurt me and her nurses I can’t think of their names when they are numbing my places they are so easy and never hurts! Over all I would give Julia and her staff a 10++!

I had a great experience at Piedmont Healthcare Dermatology. I saw PA, Julia Parsons. She was on time, great bedside manner, detailed and professional. She gave appropriate diagnosis for my skin rash and took photos and measurements of some concerting moles. Overall I had a great experience with her and the facility. I will continue to go there for any dermatology appointments.

Dr Erika Hill is an excellent dermatologist. I see her for regular skin check-ups. She is very thorough. She is pleasant and her staff is as well.

I had an appointment with Jennifer Bender and was very pleased with her and the staff. They were so pleasant and friendly. I would definitely recommend PHC Dermatology.
