Everyone was very professional and friendly. The check in process went smoothly and they got me back quickly for my procedure. The nurses were very attentive and helpful and Dr. Trivedi is always great in communicating before and after the procedure. Anesthesiologist came in and was also very nice and professional went over everything and asked if I had any questions. Overall from start to finish the team at Piedmont was top notch.

I would have given 5stars, but the wait is a little extreme. Everything after that  was smooth sailing. Everyone was super nice and wonderful. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my experience.

Check in was a breeze, nurses seemed very rushed & she said they were, had 3 doctors they were prepping patients for that day, sorta felt like a number being sent thru. Otherwise I would have given 5 star. Really liked Dr. Trivedi, he talked to you before & after the procedure, has an excellent ‘bedside manner’. Overall my experience was very good.

Great team!!! Never a pleasant experience, but everyone was so friendly, pleasant, and professional that it helped put me at ease. Dr. Trivedi, and Rod anesthesia, and staff....Thank you!!!

A great experience from beginning to end and it’s all due to the incredible staff, from the office staff, the nurses, doctors and the facility, 5 Stars is well deserved! Medical procedures aren’t the most pleasant of experiences but when in the care of a team comprised of such efficient, and kind professionals, makes a world of difference!! Thank you PHC!

Excellent service and care from intake at the front desk, to the nursing care after the procedure. Can't imagine going to another center after having such an easy and calming experience at PHC Endoscopy Center.

Piedmont healthcare staff from the reception to nurses and doctors are very professional and take great care of you during your procedure day, making sure you’re comfortable and well informed from beginning to end,

My wife and I have used this place five times and have no complaints. It's a clean facility and all of the staff gave us great care. Of course I don't look forward to going there but if you need this procedure done then this is the place to go.

From prep to discharge from outpatient after endoscopy and colonoscopy same trip things couldn't go any better. The entire staff from the receptionist to, the nurses and the doctor who did my procedure was great. Would highly recommend this office and staff.

Awesome! Best experience for a health procedure needed to stay cancer free! Best care by nice caring people! Warm blankets! I compare the experience to a Spa experience!
