Neat store for shopping for International foods, home decor furniture, kitchen supplies and so much more. They have a great wine selection. Employees are friendly however the store wasn't fully stocked.

At first, we thought this was an Ikea kind of store. Boy were we pleasingly wrong. This place has furnishings & home goods as well as a food market & a kitchen section with everything organized very methodically. We will return. It's very impressive.

I ordered an outdoor side table online for store pick up. At the time of placing the order there were 5 tables left at the store. The next day when I went to pick up the order I was offered the floor model that hat scratches all over the table. I was told my options were to come back in when the next truck arrived on Thursday and their could possibly be a new table on that truck, or I could be given a $7 discount. Neither were satisfactory to me.

First time in & had a great time exploring the wide selection! Our favorite areas were the food & kitchen secrions

The staff and the manager Cody were exceptionally helpful. My boyfriend and I picked out a floor dining table and chairs. They helped us through the entire process without pushing us into anything. They helped find the addl chair cushions and chair. Cody helped us sign up for the membership plan to get the most savings. So much better than the big box stores. Highly recommend them.

Great customer service. They were very accommodating when ask if I could purchase the display rug since they were out of stock. Without any hesitation, they took down the display rug and replaced it and I was able to purchase the display rug. Thank you for the great service and I love the new rug!

Only one star because that's as low as it goes! I bought a shirt at World Market less than a week ago. They do not have a dressing room. When I got home and tried it on, it did not work for me. I tried to return it today, with the tags still attached, and was told they do not take returns on clothing. No sign in the store said that!! I did not have a receipt, but I bought it from the same checkout person that recognized me. The shirt was never worn!! Suppose you buy a shirt and try to return because it doesn't work and you are told you have to keep it. I asked for a store credit and was told no!! I will never shop here again. What poor customer service!

I like visiting here on occasion to find candy and confections only available in Europe. They have a crazily wild selection of home accessories and it’s a great place to browse. Those in the know, have told me that the wine selection is very good and priced competitively. Parking is excellent. Have to take away two stars because of the long lines to check out. Too few clerks and registers open during peak times. I set my purchases down and left.

We just bought a new house and have ordered and bought a lot of things in store from World Market, but I think we are done with them now. The quality of our items has been good. However, we ordered a table to go with our banquette. We measured our area incorrectly, and the table was much too large. I called immediately and asked if they would pick it up for return. I was told yes and the freight company would call us. That was 3 weeks ago. We have called many times since and keep getting different answers. Meanwhile, we have a $2,000 table that is boxed up and taking up our entire foyer. Extremely frustrating!

They completely messed up my online order and took over 30 minutes to get someone up to the register to fix it. Not enough staff, not great service.
