Worth County Probate Court is a court of limited jurisdiction responsible for the probating or proving of all wills of Worth County residents. The Probate Court also handles vital records (birth & death records from 1919 to present), marriage licenses, firearms licenses, estates, guardianships of minors and incapacitated adults, involuntary treatment of persons suffering from mental illness and/or drugs or alcohol along with numerous miscellaneous duties.
