I am licensed to lead a class in Basic 1 Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning and Aqua Zumba,
Zumba is a Latin inspired fitness dance class. Zumba Gold is the same, but geared towards a beginner to Zumba and active MEN and women that want a lower intensity class. It's more about meeting and having great fun shaking and rockin with other people. A great venue for meeting with friends and making new ones.
