As a newcomer with my wife, we have had such a comfortable experience at this building since the application began. The realtor was very friendly, sincere and helpful when we are asked to collect the required documents. The location is pretty convenient to commute for work and study.
The response from the one who showed us the building was just irresponsive and didnt gave me the notice that someone else is also interested for the same apartment that I was interested in. He didnt even forwarded the documents to be processed forward in time and told me that someone else is approved how can someone do that. I've emailed several levels of management multiple times and no one cares. Do your research and don't be fooled by this guy he just takes your time and doesnot even respond it.
This was a very positive experience for me. Clean building, awesome team of professionals, updated apartments. Naveen, Chris, Brian, Paul, thankyou for making my transition an easy one. I read some past reviews. Petty people constantly complain. Apartment buildings have renovations...it's a fact of the lifestyle.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Ive been living here for 8 months and there have been at least 4 massive construction projects over this time. Each renovation has been extremely noisy and disruptive. They communicate by posting notices on paper in the elevator or left on the ground outside your door but half the time no notice is issued at all, even though they claim the contrary. One time I had a maintenance worker unlock my door and walk right into my bedroom as I was sleeping! He testified that he personally left a notice the day prior but I 100% never received it. I even called administration and politely asked if they could email notices in the future. To this day I have never received an email even though there have been many renovations in this time. What year is this? Who prints notices on paper anymore?! In addition, they raised the rent this year to the fullest legal extent and claimed it was due to the large amount of maintenance requests from clients. This is such a lie! They raised the rent to cover their extensive renovations downstairs vestibule, new chiller unit, new parking lot, ect, all of which seemed completely unnecessary to me. When I moved in administration had no idea I was arriving even though I was very clear with my agent. The management clearly has no sense of communication or client satisfaction. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst apartment management that I have ever dealt with. They ignore/screen calls when you try to reach them. The most recent development is the parking situation, they installed paid parking meters at the front of the building in July 2020, never once was it stated or communicated that the side of the building would also be a paid parking area now there is no place for any visitors to park for free as we had before, nor do they offer any visitor passes. We talked with the parking company who was installing the meters and they blatantly told us that the parking at the side would not be ticketed/patrolled/require paid parking. We also asked the on-site maintenance workers and they also told us the parking at the side was free. Our guest had parked at the side of the building for a couple days and then on the last day received a ticket so we called Timbercreek about the situation and they claimed that there was never free parking at the side parking once the meters were installed at the front - which is a lie because multiple people in the building asked Timbercreek workers and the parking company if parking at the side still remained free. My call was somehow cut off with Timbercreek and I called numerous times immediately after the line disconnected but no one picked up. That SAME evening after I called Timbercreek about the parking situation a sign was posted in the lobby that all spots were not free to park in and all visitors must pay... This is the most unprofessional company with a complete lack of regard, respect and communication to its tenants. I can't wait to move out.
Terrible management. They don’t answer the phones or e-mail you back. They try to pre-date notices to make it seem like they gave enough notice but they don’t. Building has a serious ant problem that they haven’t taken care of. The windows in the units aren’t properly sealed so they leak in the winter and get filled with water and mold. Not to mention, they let the best building cleaner go at the beginning of COVID and hired someone who does a terrible job months later. The building used to look really nice and well-cared cared for, but no longer does. Do NOT rent here. It is not worth what they charge!!
walls are paper thin, neighbours are loud and no one does anything about it. i spend half my time sleeping on the couch. half the floor is torn up and no one has come to fix it. I’ve reached out a bunch of times but no changes. wouldn’t recommend these property owners. it’s way too expensive for what you get.
An absolute nightmare. Management doesn't do anything about anything, the people are noisy and rude, and the units are poorly built. Don't take this review lightly - stay far, far away. Edit: The response from the owner is just a PR stunt. I've emailed several levels of management multiple times and no one cares. Do your research and don't be fooled by this company - they care about your money and that's it.
