It is a great place. Cobus the manager is a great person and makes you feel at home. The guesthouse is very secure and comfortable. We look forward to staying again once we are in Mulbarton. The service is top notch and value for money.Rooms: 5/5
Would not recommend if you travel as a family with kids. Rooms where clean. Fridge in room was warm, no air con and NO DSTV just 1 TV channel. Maybe a good place to stay over for 1 night. Self-catering option very limited.
Found this little gem as we needed a central point to manage my son's matric farewell. The owners are warm, caring and welcoming. Rooms beautiful, fresh and well presented. Beautiful garden that made for very special photos.

Personally I was not impressed with the staff particularly the front desk clerk that was incapable of keeping his eyes and attention on his work and his constant up and down past our room with such lurking eyes was uncomfortable to say the least. Besides that his absolute lack of English made it so difficult to get booked in. Not impressed at all
This review is just about the online service I experienced with the owner, nothing about the nice and beautiful looking pictures online because I finally never have been there. Just to keep the story short and simple why this service disappointed me: 1. Cancelled my trip on time 2. They charged my credit card 3. Wrote four mails within the last three months that they refund the money ---> they did never respond to any of these 4. Called them last week & wrote mail as agreed ---> they did never come back to me via phone or mail again 5. tried to call today again several times ---> did not pick up the phone 6. Called booking.com, spoke to my bank and lawyer ---> all confirmed that I will receive back my money 7. After uploading my first review I finally received a mail confirmation and answer from the owner, therefore is the second star.
