Winchester Lodge

I paid for the Deluxe room which supposed to have an aircon, this didn't exist. The sofa were torn, bathroom do didn't close, pool was filthy. It just lacked maintenance all round. When I informed the owner about my concerns he said he couldn't care less and he will give me my money back, I can stay somewhere else.

The place was generally ok, the area is safe and the staff welcomed us well. The chairs in the room were dirty, the wifi didn't work in our rooms, only outside closer to reception area. The staff cleaned our room daily as opposed to every 3 days on thier in room pamphlet and we really appreciated that.Rooms: 3/5

Service is very bad ... I'm not impressed. Electricity was gone the whole night and didn't bother to attend the issue.

Beautiful place, but at night owner at desk played his cell phone so loud and after I requested him to turn it down. He got attitude and just didn't bother to do anything about it. I had to drive back home at 3am without any sleep. Not a good place to sleep.Rooms: 2/5

Looks like a really great place!

Super amazing, nice staff, very clean and quiet unfortunately we had to leave before going to the pool. Uhm had to have a quick shower because the geyser was really noisy but other than that everything was perfectRooms: 5/5

Do yourself a favour read this review and believe it, I wish I did. The place is a dump. Bathroom basin was blocked. Very poor on cleanliness . No toilet roll in bathrooms. Taps are problematic. You won't even find a teaspoon to stir the tea that they supply. Customer care is not a priority. Very poor. Don't waste your money.

It needs some tlc... service was outstanding... thank you reception for the warm welcome, staff... food was great, but the building itself needs to be taken care of...

Sweet is the experience... can't wait to visit again. Money well spent
