A nice work place with good facilities

The service of Corporate Bankers based in Retail branches is shocking. I am glad I do not do my personal banking with ABSA. I gave this one star rating because there is no option for zero star. They can freeze corporate accounts without requesting you to provide FICA documents or move to another branch without notifying their customers, corporate customers for that matter. Communication to customers or returning messages DO.LO.LO

They have very different admissions Covid policy to EVERYONE else.. So if you have to go in and you have a toddler.. Expect to make a plan as they don't allow kids or sub 3 year old without masks . It was not a pleasant experience and if advised in advance could have been avoided.

Ever so impressive,security ever alert and courteous,flowers good but need care,not as good as they should be.A bit of painting around steel bars all around due to exposure to rain n rust.Care for outside resting chairs n tables need furnishings.Noise levels quite very low n acceptably excellent.Highly professional.Impressive.I love the space.Renew the paints on parking spaces.

Great place, it was awesome to work at ABSA, even as a consultant. Amazing bunch of people, all willing to help and go the extra mile. I would have loved to have been a permanent fixture there, so I could have learnt more about the side of banking other than projects. Thank you for the experience

It's funny how the comments on your facebook page are only complaints about poor customer service and there's no option to rate the page. Your call center is pathetic, even though I have lodged a formal complaint and received a "case number" no one seems to be addressing the issue and I am just placed on hold or the call is dropped. You harass me with calls to evaluate services or sell me insurance or accounts that I do not need but you can't even provide me with the basic services that I am already paying for. If anyone can send me the email address or contact number of a competent individual that works in your department, especially those who deal with your banking app it would be appreciated.

Absa's Head Office is easy to find and very accessible. Staff are very accommodating.
