My 4 nights were great. Chico and his team were amazing at the Sky deck. Besides nje bathing with cold water on my last day. Room was clean. Pretty and Maria were of great assistance at the reception.Rooms: 5/5
After 8 hours on the road, to have a cold shower in the winter at a 6° with no hot water, and then woke up at 6 o'clock in the early morning to people sitting in the hall area playing loud music from their phones. What a disgrace! You will not see me again I will use my money at another place to have a sleepover in Potchefstroom.
I was not impressed at all...I booked in ,27th to 28 March 2023,the rooms have no air-conditioning in this heat....I was told to buy rag towels that were used as BATH MATS that were used t o prevent the leaking toilet!!!!!...They were not even aware of the leakage,after checking in I realized the leakes and made them aware. Master piece on the 28th we showered with COLD WATER!!!!!!
I was with my running mates for N12 Ultra Marathon, the place is good. service is excellent. Keep up the good work guys. Will visit againRooms: 4/5
Perfect for an overnight stay. Very simple but safe and comfortable.
The service was very good .The room and the bathroom was clean. I enjoyed my stay and I'll definitely go back.Rooms: 5/5
Rooms very hot no aircon. I left my clothes there when leaving mistakenly and when i inquire i was told there is no such.They gave me a wrong pin code for wifi.
These three stars purely go to the staff members of this establishment. I wish that was enough to fully enjoy a place, but it isn't. Their room facilities definately need some attention, but that can easily be remedied. Thank you for hosting me and all the best for your future.
I checked in on the 13th of November 2020 and the entire process was excellent. Friendly staff who understands and respond positively to the unique requests from the guests. The lodge is clean and the price exceptional.Rooms: 5/5
