Rooms are comfortable and clean. Backup electricity works well. Service is good. Limited parking unfortunately.  Rooms on the top floor Suikerbekkie and Katjiepiering are very spacious and luxurious.  Good location near Spar and Kooperasie, also close to the mall.

We had an amazing stay. Rooms are great, neat, everything that you need when going for a weekend away to Potch. Service is excellent and so welcoming. I will definitely be using Opstal again in future visits.

We booked madeliefie and suikerbekkie. It was the cleanest and best guest house I've ever been to. There is wifi that is fast enough for video streaming. Aircons in both  rooms and power during loadshedding. I would recommend this guest house to anyone that needs to sleep in potch.Rooms: 5/5

Loved my room with a beautiful big bath and shower, squeaky clean white bed linen and towels. Very comfortable huge bed, gorgeous decorRooms: 5/5

Lovely place with very friendly staff. Linen and rooms were beautiful and I felt very safe there as well!  Rooms: Large self service and great bathroom

Myself and my Misses stayed there for the weekend and it was absolutely amazing, so peaceful, relaxing and convenient to just nip to Spar for any groceries. We will definitely be back and I would 110% recommend to anyone looking for a lovely weekend get awayRooms: 5/5

Would recommend 10/10. Extremely friendly staff, warm welcome and very clean cozy rooms. Safe rooms and safe ample parking.  If you are looking for a short stay at tvery reasonable prices this would be the place to book into.  Close to town and easy access to roads.  Stayed for one night only for a function I attended and would do so again when I need to go to potch.  5 Stars all around
