Thank you for your wonderful service while we were in Bloubergstrand during August 2022, we were well treated except for the tariffs that was not very well conveyed to us. We were thrilled to find out that we could use the car all the way to the airport and drop it off there for an extra day's fee, which we were comfortable with and then we were told it was twice that amount. Next time please ensure that the customer are familiar with the pricing. I even went so far as to promoting your good service and tariffs. Thank you once again!
Long overdue review. Active Car Rental is probably the best car rental business I have ever come across. Etienne is great at what he does and understands the needs of his clients. Prices are very competitive and I've hired vehicles from him multiple times over the years with no hassles whatsoever! They are simply the best!!!

Active car rental enabled us to see a lot of cool places in Cape Town that we otherwise wouldn’t have. They are also affordable! The pick up and drop off process was easy and fast.

Brought the car to us at our hotel as requested, everything explained to us - ie no key ignition which was new to me - in easy to understand terms. Refund processed timeously. Everything about AAA car rental comes highly recommended.
This review is long overdue, but Etienne was brilliant. While on holiday in July, we were left stranded when our car broke down. Etienne came to my door to fetch me, and provide us with first class service. The car was practically brand new, and was perfect for our family of 6. I would recommend Active car rental 100%
