Great staff and service. Very large range of products. From entry level reasonable priced, and although new to me good and proved to be good product, through to top end stuff finds at vets etc If one is familiar with West Pack Stores then welcome to their Petzone Stores!! I was disappointed that for eg no pet products or shop at Lifestyle but I guess the other pet place there is a rental blocker?! Would be great to see a West Pack and at least be able to get dog and cat food?! Maybe one day. No hesitation on recommending them!
Firstly, I would like tonsay that Simon at this store is anboslite superstar. He always ensured to put a sold sign on the fish I book for the same day, I'm a regular...but the last few times he did this OTHER employees sold MY booked fish any way. I told Simon to not bother any more, I will call and collect whatever I want immediately. Here comes my gripe. My 10 female betta fish were ordered and arrived Friday Afternoon, Saturday morning I was there. It was Simon's day off, so I asked KELVIN who was on duty where the other 2 had gone, he laughed and said well he sold one this morning. I asked to speak to the manager to see WHY when it is marked sold, they sell them anyway so we can avoid this in thd future. I told her MULTIPLE TIMES to NOT phone Simon on his day off, she ignored me and walked away this was 25 March...meanwhile, KELVIN who was "assisting" me, snickered and laughed about this and the manager spun thr story that I the customer am now upset about the sold sign, which was not the case, I was upset that they disregarded my request, ignored me...and then Kelvin managed to catch 2 of the wrong fish, and when I asked him to put them back I was met with an eye roll and attitude. I spend a TON of money on fish year for many years now. But it's fine, next time I will call and ask if Simon is in because he is the only employee in that store that treats you with respect. What a shame! Or I'll just go to Animal Kingdom, where they actually treat their customers with respect, unlike Kelvin and his so-called manager.
Great pet shop, get my doggies food and treats and I also get freah water fish for tank. Only request to have more variety on fish.thanks
I bought adorable Love birds for my grandson as a birthday present. The service was excellent and the sales assistant went an extra mile to make him feel confident noting that this was his 1st pet. The 2 birds found a great owner & he cannot leave them alone. Keep up the good work.
I had a catfish that kept killing my other fish at night, I contacted Simon from Petzone Bel Air, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in regards to rehoming the catfish and helping me restore my tank to a liveable and peaceful environment.
I was very surprised to find Petzone selling live stock as many of the other petzones do not. I do suggest making a location change on google maps as a new member of Northwold, I followed the GPS address which took me to the complex opposite the mall, I think many new petzone visitors will be confused if they follow the GPS coordinates. I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff and I have been back twice for pet supplies. I really love this Petzone amongst all the others. Please keep up the good work, just change your GPS coordinates, lol.
Brilliant service from Simon, he helped me aquire the pond pump I needed. He got in his car and drove to fetch one for me. Thankyou Simon.
Please correct your operating hours on your Google Ad! Extremely irritating when you get to the store 18:10 and the store is already closed. According your ad on Google you close at 18:30 on Fridays. Not impressed at all - wasted trip to say the least!
Kinda feels like an over full warehouse inside but they have a tons of stuff.
Your website says you close at 18:30 but when get your shop 18:12 the staff have close. Please change your trading hours on the website because it's misleading. Very disappointing.
