The young lady working specifically refeing to the one in montana corner pharmacy has extremely horrible customer service, each time I have gone there, I am hardly greeted, I am given rude gestures as well rude looks. This is something I really do not appreciate and will DEFINITELY not be going back to this pharmacy. I will however say the older lady working there is VERY nice, she has great customer service and is very helpful. I always appreciate being helped by her.
Please get another person working late shifts in the evening, its too much for 1 person on some nights. Had 2 experiences now that the queue was almost out the door and the line moving extremely slowly. Not a bad pharmacy but tonight I left to go to Dischem rather at the Kolonnade. Left and got what I needed and was back before the person that was in front of me was attended to. Dont see this pharmacy surviving with all the competition around if this continues. You guys need help.
It's very convenient to find a pharmacy that is open until 20h00, especially for those emergencies that can be treated at home.
