Had a bad experience at Arrie Nel Wonderboom, phoned them to find out if they had a certain medications in stock, they confirmed that they do have stock. Drove there minutes later just to hear that they do not have stock

Good service and friendly staff.

I have  supported  this branch seveal times but they are always a dissipointment EACH AND EVERY TIME.  The staff awnser  the phones and shout at each other  to confirm  stock while you are  able to hear them not placing  you on hold  , Other times they  drop the phone in your ear whilst talking or just  leave it on the counter without  actually  listening  to clients.  The branch is 10 minutes  away yet they take up to 8 hours to  deliver  and to top it all off when you as a client state a rime they agree to it having to call hours later to get feedback   then there is a rerun of the phone situation  and the staff can't get your order.  This branches service  is  EXTREMELY POOR. I would definitely   recommend  ANY other company  and not ARRIE NEL

The clinic is excellent but the young ladies at dispensory is not helpful at all and in fact I found one to be very rude and unfriendly, interruping me when I wanted to ask her a simple question that would have taken her one second to answer. I have never been there and needed simple directions. Instead she made me wait 5 minutes and went on about her business and eventually one of the other ladies decided she is in the mood to answer my question after standing in no line just waiting there. After being helped at the clinic I stood in line and did not know where to pay, again a simple question, eventually the nurse at the clinic came out to help me. Honey please rather choose another vocation  if you have no customer skills in te middle of a pandemic. If you choose to be in the medical field you need to be able to handle people with dignity.

By far the best service ever friendly staff and always smiling

Excellent service from Wiaan at the Annlin branch to have medicine delivered to my daughter at Onderstepoort Hostel. Very friendly,helpful and fast.

I bought a pulse Oximeter, they charged more than double the price of what it should cost. Taking much avantage of the covid pandemic. The device needed batteries as well wich they didn’t inform me. I heard of another pharmacy that test the device on you before you purchace it to make sure it is in a working state. You will never see mee again Arrie Nel pharmacy!

One word. EXCELLENT!  Brilliant qualified and friendly staff, friendly family clinic to meet all your needs. Is personal service what you need? Something different and more personalised than Click and Dischem? Here you are not a member!
