I needed a car rental at very short notice. The Team made a plan and I was on my way. Super easy registration, just present your driver's licence and credit card. Handing the car back was even easier and had my deposit back within 48 hours.

Very bad.. Car was inspected upon arrival after 30days they didn't find any damages or scratches but I never got my deposit back.

Ricky and the crew are simply rockstars. Been renting all kinds of cars with them for years and never had a problem even though I even had a small accident once. Best car rental srvice in SA in my experience. Prefer to deal with one of the guys instead of the ladies though as they know the job better.

The service was very good but I can never get through on their landline. Just rings and when I queried that when I was there I was told staff might have been outside. i tried now with the same result. I wanted to retrieve a CD that I had left in the hired car.

Sphamandla is gentle, polite and kind, he made the short trip, my very first so interesting. May the world be filled with people like him to make it pleasurable

Got lovely service and it was quick. Before i knew it we had a car and we were on our way. Thank you so much

The most difficult place to rental a mini bus for a couple of days

Absolutely terrible. Can't get through to them on their phones. Another amount debited from my account 7 days after they had taken the amount on the day I fetched the car from them. Highly disappointed.

I've red a lot of complaints about AVIS other branches but Amanzimtoti is the best branch ever in Durban South! Give them 5 stars
