Great little local family run business. Rental done the way it should be stress free. Ample of options from small car to MPV and vans. Cheapest car rental you can find locally. Staff were able to locate availability during busy period and communicated over emails. Pick up was lengthy 30-45 min as car was just being cleaned from previous rental return. Staff were actively working on systems and phones to ensure everyone gets what they are looking for. Highly recommended.
Hired a 7 seater from capital cars, the whole process was seamless, staff were professional and courteous. The car hire was very well priced compared with anything else I could find. I was impressed and would definitely use them again.
Hired two Luton vans from these guys at quite short notice due to a very annoying set of circumstances around moving house. From the moment I called in they were super helpful and easy to deal with. They were very accommodating with timings and overall made the whole hire process totally painless. Wouldn't hesitate to hire vehicles here again.
Don’t trust this company for your car hire, unreliable and unprofessional service, cancelled my booking last minute. Not helpful service at all, definitely not recommended.

Hired a 17 seater minibus for the weekend. Staff were very polite and helpful from initial phone enquire. Minibus supplied was in very good condition, clean and comfortable. Hire charge was very reasonable. Would 100% use again. Thank you guys for a stress free hire.

Wow from start to finish great service !!! i was let down by another hire company , the day before i was moving totally stressed out , i went to capital croydon office , well the service i recieved was fantastic !!! they moved heaven and earth to get me a luton van i needed for the next day ! very Honest reliable company with fantastic staff !!!! 10 out of 10 !!

Amazing customer care, cheap, very friendly and to top it all off an extremely excellent sense of humour, hired a 15 seater for the weekend trip to Cardiff, air conditioning, Bluetooth, very good rates of hire, what more could you ask for.. This van hire company made the trip 10 times better than driving to Cardiff with 5 diffrent cars... gladly recommend to anyone.. Keep up the excellent work.
