Friendly service is not enough. The deposit which was blocked on our card upon starting the rental has not been released 20 days after returning the car and closing the contract. Several reminders have not brought any release of the deposit despite promises.

Very efficient and polite service. They were a bit slow to give me a refund due to my mistake but they did eventually give me a voucher.

I had a good experience with Woodford car hire. I needed a vehicle because mine had broken down and was being repaired. They didn't have the type of car I had booked online so I was upgraded for free which was very generous. The credit card hold took a week instead of stated 72 hours to reverse but it was done. I had no problems or hidden costs and would definitely use them again.

This is the worst car rental experience I ever had to deal with. It’s been a month after returning the vehicle and I still didn’t get my desposit of R4000 back. The head office is useless and they clearly don’t care about their clients one bit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST

Poor service. they gave me the wrong vehicle. its been a month and i still did not get my deposit back. would never reccomend them to anyone.
