My daughter got her insurance courtesy car from them and upon delivery was told that the previous person return the car in a very poor condition full of scratches dents and stains both inside and out outside of the car. But when she return the car to them she was shocked that they blamed her for it and deducted almost R5000 for damages that was on the car when she received it. Take pictures if you going with them to be on the safe side.

I reserved a car to pick up at 11h30, received confirmation with the reservation number. When I arrived to pick up the car at 11h05, I was told that there are no cars available. My booking could be seen on the Budget system. To my greatest surprise and gross disappointment, the lady that was helping me seemed not to be stressed at all about the situation. After waiting for almost an hour, I ended up getting group B car instead of my initially group C car I booked. I will never again hire from Avis/Budget car rentals nor recommend to anyone.

The staff is great, their service is of a high standard. Cars are always clean.

They dont offer a drop off service so when u deliver their car u must c your own way back to your office

Communication with clients would be highly appreciated.a courtesy call would be of great help.
