The lady I think Nicolene that runs the office is both professional and efficient and after dealing with other car rental agencies, I will never turn back after my dealings with her. She is an asset to Avis!

Shocking usless, no wonder it's called Budget. I guess you get what you pay for. Lady at call centre said she would call me back in 10 minutes. That was 45 minutes ago.

Pretty decent car rental service. They don't work with profiles so every time you rent a car they need all your details again. Great for students who want a car for their weekend getaways. Also approachable via WhatsApp! Good service and good, relatively new cars.
