A great stop in the city for breakfast, lunch, to get vital airtime, draw cash safely or just to hang out in between exploring, FNB Bank City Precinct in the heart of downtown Joburg is looking brighter and very colourful backgrounds.
FNB have put energy into making this precinct that connects to many popular streets in Joburg CBD like Diagonal Street, Bree Street, Kerk Street, Jeppe Street and the Simmonds Street which all have Street markets and great little shops. Bank City has amazing Food Lovers Market Eatery with meals, banked goods, grab and go lunch items, fruit and veggies. There is also Happy Me coffee place and many other shops, doctors rooms, hair salons, florist and FNB atms all around the fountain and staff zen garden. There is a meridian line that you can take a selfie at. In an era of gentrification in big cities, I love that there are lots of spaces for the public to sit at and soak in the great weather and colours.
One of the best places to catch lunch/breakfast/dinner in the CBD, youll find security personnel there to assist as well as clean premises all round. Lovely place and good to see development in the CBD
1 stat is to good for FNB. Absolutely poor service, I have phoned in almost 10 times and the line keeps getting dropped. All I need to do is close an account but looks like FNB have NO idea what to do. I will be moving all my accounts to another bank due to this poor service.

Worst experience ever, I parked right infront of their parking lot on the side of the street only to come back to my wheelcaps taken, area is totally unsafe as I was going to the Takealot pick up point there right and 5mins later my wheelcaps were gone, I am really disappointed at the security around the area because they just let someone vandalize around the area. I dont even think I'll be at ease when visiting the area if something like this can happen at 1pm broad daylight during office hours. Very disappointed because the area is clean but unsafe

Always the best, but Poor service and tickets communication system for today. People just come in and go straight to the tellers.
