I am a proactive team player, with a positive, vibrant attitude.
The moment I was introduced to Pilates 8 years ago I was hooked. Pilates became and still is my passion in life. Every day I wake up with a purpose- which makes a very fulfilling life. Everything I do centres around Pilates.

My passion for Pilates, dance, fitness, equestrian sports has propelled me to always study further by continually participating in various BASI workshops, Symposiums, to gain knowledge and experience from the leaders in the field. The highlight of my career was completing my BASI Mentor Programme with Rael Isacowitz in 2012. I Have partaken in the “Learn from the Leaders” conference in USA, California in April 2016 as well as appearing on a Pilates Anytime video with Natasja Barnard, which was an amazing and inspiring experience.

I am a driven, dedicated BASI instructor, Booty Barre Trainer whose attention to detail will benefit every client.
