Today8-Feb-2023 I saw a male staff membersalesman taking videos of us as we exercised without consent. I do not remember agreeing to this in my membership contract. Please respect our privacy working out is a very private activity to some.
I made my paymeant in December by Dimakatso via the link.She unblocked me.For some reason a mistake was made under my name.She told me to print a bank statement that shows my proof of payment l did.I went there everyday for a week to get my name cleared.The only response she gave me was ,Shez still waiting for their response…Till today my name still appears owing December which annoys me soo much….I highly don’t recommend anyone to go there.
Terrible service, the staff is unfriendly they act like they are doing you a favour and the one short black ugly guy is extremely rude and disrespectful. Wouldn't recommend anyone to sign up there, rather go to Doornfontien or Bree.
Gets quiet packed sometimes, parking is not readily available, the gym is just okay, nothing modest about it.
The female cleaners are very rude they treat customers like trash and they Vips of the gym they need to know their place as cleaners. The gym closes at 8 and they stop clients from bathing by 7. There's lake of professionalism the staff acts like they doing us a favor
It was really bad this short dark guy literally turned off my machine while I was busy ...because I ddnt have a towel I mean why did he have to be so rude because I didn't even know that towels were compulsory there...I mean I have been to maponya Mall and we ddnt get such treatment he was on my case until I felt that I'm unwanted therr. Next thing I wanna take a shower as I was going to work after the gym n I was told that I can't use a shower at 12 like what is that??I mean we supposed to bath after gym moss why are we being treated like this??is it because we new??like I don't understand..it's like we don't pay to be there ... Maponya mall was honestly 100 times better than Carlton Gym I am so heart broken I don't wanna lie coz we went there with so much excitement only to be treated in this manner. We new at Gym company the least he could have done was to atleast tell us that next time we must bring towels not to treat us the way they did...we were so lost no1 was assisting us with the machines we knew nothing I honestly felt like walking out ...that short guy Is rude for real he's a horrible person
It's just a gym nothing wow about it, it's the only place I can attend since I live around that area, they don't have much equipment,most of their equipment is always out of use, loadshedding they only have 1 LED lantern light for the whole downstairs, which makes one lose interest in working out, they should at least get 4 LED Lantern for downstairs.
The gym is so horrible, the spinning class has only 14 bikes but many many people who wants to attend the class bcs their bikes are broken. When there is a loadshedding, they don't have a backup. The water is most of the time cold in the showers. They just don't know how to take care care of their members. The gym there is just not pleasant, I just go because I signed the contract.
