The food was very nice.  The only issue would be that my coke had no paper cover to prevent spillage    not the plastic lid but overall perfect Food: 5/5

The first time I visited Macdonald's Braamfontein, my food was late, my tea had no sugar. The second time I went the service was better, but one ladyI didn't get her name, was rude to me when I tried to use the bathroom, she yelled at me for trying to use the bathroom at the bottom instead of showing me to the customer bathroom cause I didn't know which bathroom to use. The atmosphere was alright the second time around and my food came in time and exactly how I ordered it. I'm giving service 2 stars cause of the rude employee.

The place is quiet busy and I must commend the staff for always keeping it cool.  It's conveniently located in a lively and fairly safe area

They have gotten greedy with their fries. This is my 2nd time ordering and getting a box of fries squeezed flat and not even filled to the top. Why so stingy??Food: 4/5

Ordered the Quarter Deluxe Nazo meal, today 16/04/2023, and the patty is dry and very dark, there's no sauce, no garnish except tomato, the shredded lettuce didn't even make it as a burger ingredient,, it was all around the burger in the box. Very disappointed.

It's almost the same to other McDonalds Their food is great too with a very reasonable good service The location is still good compared to other restaurants in Johannesburg CBDFood: 4/5

U can't tell me u closed yet there are no trading hours, and there are still people sitting and ordering food, when I asked I speak to the manager on duty he became angry n didn't want to speak to me, what type of am establishment is that, we in the hospitality industry we cater for peoples needs so if u can't be there or do that what' are u doin there
