They don't deserve even one star been going back and forth for 5 full months for arrears in maintenance with no success

Poor service at the court overall-especially the traffic court.The Staff act as if they are doing you a favour by assisting you.I have been going to court for 5 consecutive days just to pay a fine and when im there,the court is either closed,offline or there is only person servicing numerous people.Its degrading to be treated like a dog and the staff has no respect for people. Its sad

My husband and I have been struggling to get hold or proper communication from the maintenance court for over 5 months. We were told that there's a procedure to follow and we've done it to the letter... The manager is also not much help as he doesn't respond on emails or follow up after he's given instruction. We are calling, emailing and even went to court to try and resolve our issue but to date there has been absolutely no progress... Eventually a clerk told us she will contact us because the prosecutor is off sick and possibly have our file because she cannot find it in the office. She also said she will phone me in 30mins time but it has no resulted in 2 months later with no contact. PATHETIC!!!!!

Terreble service in fines reduction department in Bluedowns megistrate court,this has been happeneing for quite decade,only one clerk servicing over 20 people,you wait over 2hours to get assisance.What is wrong with government facilities?we were complaining about home affairs now is this.They cant have one person on duty in such a huge department but ya they dont care because they know we are desperately in need of their service.I am taking this matter to relavent department where action will be taken.We are fedup of people who are enjoying tax payer money without any delivery to the community

5 stars purely for the extremely nice magistrate at court room number 4. Treated every person with great respect and understanding of their situation. Take a pen with you, you need to complete COVID-19 form. I entered the building at 8am left around 10am.

Very neat Government building. Still quite new. Well structured and proper notices of where to go and where to sit and wait. As per normal, the start of procedings was very much delayed. Biggest problem I experienced was the lack of parking. For such a huge court building, there is literally no parking bays. Vehicles double parked next to me causing me to find my own way out from where I was parked. Driving in reverse on the gravel sidewalk and squeezing out between two vehicles to be able to leave.

Poor service, bad attitude, is their hobbies This court should reshuffle the staff !!! Their useless I never experience such a trauma

The experience isn't actually with blue downs court, but with our system. It stinks and its so amazing how much power is given to the clerks... Jurisdictions changes ... justice that!! Wth

No control outside of the court, no social distancing, most not bothering to wear their masks. Very disappointed with this experience.
