There is no high pressure selling at Browns, just an honest desire to find the perfect diamond for you. I was very pleased with the quality and price. Possibly one of the most degrading experiences myself and my partner have gone through. First-time ring buyers looking for size, cut, and style. We were treated in a way to make us feel that we were choosing the wrong stone and were in the wrong place as if we could not afford a diamond. Unfortunately, I will never step foot in a Browns Diamonds Store again as they have ruined this experience for my partner and me. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Staff was very rude, unfriendly and judgmental from from the outset. We were made to feel belittled after explaining the type of ring I had in mind. Overall a horrible experience.

I had a really bad experience with their security guard and the store did nothing to address the matter. The customer service is terrible if security treat people outside the store like trash.
