The store is very clean. The service is excellent.

Very bad experience was reffered from the Centurion branch to the Fourways branch as the specific Garmin watch my fiancé wants was only available at Fourways upon our arrival the staff where standing arround and chatting not realy worried if they can help us or not , when we eventualy got someone to assist us we where told the person holding the key to the box where the watches is locked away in has gone to buy some food and they can not get hold of him and they dont know when he will be back....after waiting around another 30 min we decided to rather leave without purchasing the watch we came for ....terrible terrible service

Fantastic staff, wonderful selection. Clean, tidy and well stocked. Stores should take a little more notice of tight passage ways. Not very wheelchair friendly x

When to exchange and item and after waiting for 15 minutes, was I told that the system is offline and I cannot be served. The fact that there are no procedures in place to deal with exchanges when the system is offline is actually appalling and the staff is also super apathetic and just shrug their shoulders is just indicative of their unwillingness to assist. Had to go to a different store across town only to not find the size I was looking for. This low rating will probably not be attended to as I’m one of many TFG customers so my sale isn’t significant to them. I’m highly disappointed being that we’re in time where load shedding affects businesses but they’re not implementing processes to serve customers when such occurs.

Well done Prudence. You were excellent at helping me locate the right sports bra, with the right size. Also tops and bottoms for running. You also saved me R495. BUT most of all you were patient with me while I tried on several different items. Thank you soooo much.

Decent selection of all the different brands. Excellent and polite service from the staff, especially Dali who took me through the Run Lab assessment and helped pick out a shoe to match. So far so good.
